Lebanese government’s direct talks with Israel ‘pointless’

TEHRAN, Aug. 11 (MNA) – Vice President of Lebanon’s Supreme Islamic Shia Council (SISC), Sheikh Ali Khatib, has categorically dismissed direct talks between the Beirut government and the Israeli regime, stressing that the negotiations are pointless.
