US plot to use Iraqi Kurdistan as launchpad foiled: Ghalibaf

TEHRAN, Sep. 15 (MNA) – Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf says the US and Israel attempted to use Iraqi Kurdistan Region as a military and security launchpad against Iran during the 40-day war, but the plot was successfully defeated.
